1) Terms and Conditions
2) Bookings start on the hour and for a maximum of 50 minutes. We ask you to arrive promptly but not early, and leave before your hour ends, allowing the next person to access the car park and dog exercise field, at the start of their hour.  All tidying and picking up of dog poop must be completed within this hour.
3) If you arrive late, you must still vacate the site before the end of the hour.  Your booking cannot be extended.
4) Dog waste MUST be picked up and we ask that you take it home. 
5) Do not drop litter or leave toys, treats or anything else on the field. Do not bring your dog to the field if they have been unwell in the last 48 hours. Doing so could be harmful to other dogs.
6) You are welcome to bring puppies or young dogs, but they must have fully completed their course of vaccinations.
7) Do not enter the safe dog meadow if there are other people still there.
8) Do not let your dog off the lead until you are inside the metal gate and the gate is shut.
9) Please discourage your dog from digging in the field.
10) All vaccinations must be up to date.
11) By booking you agree that use of the field and all equipment/facilities is at your own risk, and you agree not to hold Beacon Hill Dog Meadow, its owners or staff responsible for any injury to you, and any family or friends and your dog(s) arising from your use of the field and/or equipment/facilities.
12) The field is a large outdoor space; please be aware that rocks and stones may be hidden under the grass.   
13) Please monitor the weather forecast and dress accordingly. We are an outdoor facility exposed to the elements; in Winter the ground may be muddy and slippery.  In Summer, and hot weather, please dress suitably. 
14) No-one other than those in your party should be allowed onto the field by you. 
15) Your booked session is not transferable and bookings once made, cannot be cancelled.
16) Although we inspect and maintaining the fence regularly, holes or other damage to the fence may occur for several reasons including digging by dogs or other animals, falling trees or branches, etc
17) If you become aware of any issue with the state of the fence, please let us know immediately and so that we can fix it as soon as possible. We cannot, however, take any responsibility for any dog escaping the field whether this is through a defect in the fence, and regardless of whether we have notified you in advance or not.
18) Please do not leave dogs unattended in the field or in your car.
19) Any harsh treatment of dogs either physical or verbal will not be tolerated, and electric shock devices/prong collars are not permitted.
20) Children are welcome but must be attended and supervised at all times. The field may be uneven and pose a risk to children allowed to roam without supervision.
21) Users of Beacon Hill Dog Meadow and its facilities do so at their own risk and that of their dogs. The proprietors of  Beacon Hill Dog Meadow cannot be held liable for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness or death to either property, humans or dogs whilst using the facilities. All vehicles parked on the property at Beacon Hill Dog Meadow are left entirely at their owner’s risk.
22) For your safety Beacon Hill Dog Meadow is monitored 24/7 by a security camera
23) Everyone using Beacon Hill Dog Meadow must read these T&C’s and use of the field is at your own risk. You cannot make a booking without accepting the Terms & Conditions.
24) Beacon Hill Dog Meadow reserves the right to refuse bookings from anyone who does not adhere to our Terms and Conditions.
25) We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions without notice.
